ChainAware.ai is built by two people who spent over a decade inside one of the world's largest banks before deciding to build the trust infrastructure Web3 was missing.

Martin Ploom - Co-Founder & CEO

Martin leads commercial strategy, product vision, and business development at ChainAware.ai. His background spans over a decade as VP at Credit Suisse in Zurich, and prior to that at Man Investments - giving him a firsthand view of how institutional risk assessment and compliance actually work at scale.

He holds a CFA charter, an EMBA, and a master's degree.

Before ChainAware.ai, Martin co-founded SmartCredit.io in 2018 - a DeFi fixed-term lending platform - out of which the need for on-chain behavioral intelligence became clear. ChainAware.ai launched in February 2023.

His thesis: monetary systems transform every 50-60 years, and blockchain represents that shift in our lifetime. The opportunity isn't just financial - it's infrastructural.

Tarmo Ploom - Co-Founder & CTO

Tarmo leads all technical architecture and platform development at ChainAware.ai. He is an OpenGroup Distinguished Architect - one of the highest professional certifications in enterprise architecture - and holds a PhD from the Max Planck Institute in Munich, alongside CFA and CAIA designations.

Before ChainAware.ai, Tarmo spent over 10 years as VP of Global Integration Architecture at Credit Suisse, and subsequently served as Chief Architect at Finova. He brings the same rigour applied to global banking infrastructure to ChainAware's AI prediction engine, multi-chain data layer, and MCP server architecture.

The platform's 32 Claude-powered sub-agents, 20M+ wallet personas, and sub-100ms API response times are a direct product of his architectural decisions.
